I was going to do a Top Ten To Watch, but I’m lazy so I’m doing it in installments:
- Sulieman Benn: I’ve already mentioned that Benn impressed me during the Stanford 20/20, and he’s currently making his Test debut for the West Indies.
- Adil Rashid: Already touted elsewhere as a Young Buck with a fair bit of talent. Plus, his First Class batting average is higher than his bowling average, which no-one has ever said about Monty.
- Beau Casson: His name means either dandy or boyfriend, and he’s tipped for a Test call-up soon. If he wasn’t Australian, I’d really like him.
Now, sit back and watch them squander their opportunities like lottery winners going back to work.
