Allen Stanford has announced that he has reached agreement with the ECB regarding his proposal for a series of multi-million dollar Twenty20 matches between England and his Caribbean All-Stars team (which presumably will be a bit like the West Indies).
Could this be the start of a sinister, Hank Scorpio-like plan for world domination, or just canny business by from ‘the other Sirallun’?
