The ECB has rejected Wavell Hinds, Johan van der Wath, Andrew Hall, Hamish Marshall and Justin Kemp’s applications to register for the upcoming county season. All of them would have been Kolpak players.
Probably not entirely coincidentally, all of the aforementioned have taken part in the ICL. The official press release says only that the applications “failed to fulfil the registration requirements”.
